Chief Brand Ginger-Soy Stir Fry

  • Wok

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Purple Onions, julienned
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, julienned & blanched
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets, blanched
  • 1/2 cup Patchoi Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Green Sweet Pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 3 oz Dry Egg Noodles, boiled
  • 2 tsp Chief Brand Chow Mein Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Chief Brand Ginger Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Chives, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place your noodles to boil, strain and set aside.
  2. Place wok on the stove on medium to high heat for the stir fry and add the 3Tbsp of Oil, followed by the garlic and purple onions.
  3. Toss quickly and add the sesame oil, carrots, patchoi, all the peppers and broccoli florets. Cook for three minutes tossing quickly.
  4. Add the boiled egg noodles.
  5. Sprinkle in the Chief Chow Mein Seasoning, ginger soy sauce and orange juice.
  6. Toss and cook for an additional two minutes.
  7. Remove from the heat. Add your chives. Serve in a pasta bowl and enjoy.
