This Chief Brand Cocoa Tea that you can’t resist due to its balance of sweetness and bitterness brought by the cocoa powder. It is super easy to make and with a heavy cream on it, it would taste like heaven within your reach!

EQUIPMENT

• Saucepan

INGREDIENTS

• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 3/4 cup White Sugar
• Pinch of Salt
• Dash of Chili Powder
• 1/3 cup Boiling Water
• 3 1/2 cups Milk
• 3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine Cocoa Powder, salt and chili powder in a saucepan.
2. Add in the Boiling Water and bring this mixture to a simmer and stir.
3. Add in the milk, vanilla and heat.
4. Divide into four mugs and top with a little of the heavy cream and enjoy.
